Gifts cards are not eligible for exchanges or returns. 

Gift cards can only be redeemed online at dousedcandleco.com.

E-gift cards are delivered to the recipient via email. Each gift card contains a unique code and directions to redeem at checkout.

 

 

Returns Policy

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
